1. SCOPE & SELLER

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through SneakerWashBag.com in the version valid at the time of purchase.

2. CONTRACT FORMATION

Products displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation or shipping confirmation.

Before submitting the order, customers can review and correct their order and payment information.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other supported payment methods.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payments may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud-prevention procedures and the applicable terms of the respective payment provider.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–9 business days depending on the destination. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 12 business days due to carrier, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, subject to applicable law.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For voluntary returns, products must be unused, undamaged, complete and in their original condition and packaging.

Products that have been used for a washing or cleaning cycle, washed, soiled, damaged, altered or otherwise show signs of use are not eligible for voluntary returns or refunds.

This does not apply where a product was delivered defective, damaged or incorrect, or where a return or refund is required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for the cost of voluntary return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

6. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After delivery, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

7. PAYMENT PROVIDERS & DISPUTES

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including PayPal, Klarna, credit card providers and other payment services displayed at checkout.

Transactions may additionally be subject to the respective payment provider's terms, verification procedures and dispute-resolution processes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or overrides mandatory consumer rights or rights available under the applicable terms of a payment provider.

In the event of a payment dispute, we may provide relevant order information, customer communications, tracking information and proof of delivery to the payment provider or financial institution for the purpose of reviewing and resolving the dispute.

Customers are encouraged to contact us first at support@sneakerwashbag.com so that we can attempt to resolve any issue promptly.

8. PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY

SneakerWash™ products must be used in accordance with the provided product, washing and care instructions.

Customers are responsible for checking the shoe manufacturer's care instructions before use. Not all shoes and materials are suitable for machine washing.

Cleaning results may vary depending on shoe material, condition, washing machine, detergent and washing program.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use or failure to follow applicable product, washing, care or manufacturer instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Mandatory statutory warranty, consumer and product-liability rights remain unaffected.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through our online store are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent legally permissible.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of their habitual country of residence.
