Important Delivery Note

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. Depending on your location and the efficiency of the local carrier, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

Delivery times are counted from the shipping date, not the payment date.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours containing your personal tracking number.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified only before they are processed and shipped. Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Once the package is returned in its original, unused, and unopened condition, a refund for the product price will be issued.

Opened, used, or damaged packages are not eligible for a refund.
