How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).We ship directly to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.All orders include free shipping and tracking so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
can I track my order?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email with your order number and the details of your order.
Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?

What if I am not home when the package arrives?
The carrier will leave the package in a safe place or attempt redelivery according to local delivery policies.

Is it loud when washing shoes in the Bags?
No. The padded design of the SNEAKWASH™ Bag significantly reduces noise by cushioning your shoes and preventing them from hitting the washing machine drum. This makes washing much quieter compared to washing shoes without a bag.
Are my shoes safe in the washing machine?
Yes. When used correctly, the SNEAKWASH™ Bag protects your shoes from impact, friction, and deformation during the wash cycle. It creates a cushioned barrier between your shoes and the washing machine drum.
Can I wash white shoes in the bag?
